During my stay, I appreciated the exceptional customer service provided by the staff, particularly Tarik, who ensured a seamless check-in process despite my late arrival. The location was excellent, directly across from Parc de la Fontaine, making it convenient for leisurely walks. The complimentary breakfast offered a delightful variety, including healthy choices, and the ambiance of the breakfast room was lovely, with views of the park.
There was some noise from outside that affected the overall tranquility.

missingWrote a review on Nov 27poor air conditioning
The air conditioning system struggled, leaving the room too cold with a heavy stream of air that disturbed sleep. The stairs leading up to the third floor were incredibly steep, making it a challenge for those with heavy luggage. Additionally, the room lacked a practical closet, forcing us to use a sitting area for our bags, which wasn't ideal.

Could this be the unicorn we’re all looking for?
The breakfast was delightful and served until 10:30, allowing for some extra sleep. Additionally, the shared kitchen was a big plus with coffee and tea on hand for guests.
Parking can be limited near the property, making it a bit challenging to find a spot. Also, the air conditioning needed improvement, as the room was quite warm during our stay.

Super clean room with comfy beds and a nice wardrobe. The location is lovely, right across from a gorgeous park—perfect for a stroll! Plus, the kitchen was fully equipped for any late-night munchies.
The noise was like living next to a marching band! And don't expect to keep your cool, because the AC is more 'cozy summer' than 'arctic breeze. '

Stepping into my room was a breath of fresh air. it was clean and had this cozy vibe that made me feel right at home. I loved lounging on the sun terrace with a good book and soaking up some sunshine on the rooftop garden. The only downside was the awkward bathroom layout, but it didn't really take away from my overall enjoyment. 😊

Staying in the Standard Queen Room was pretty mixed. The air conditioning didn’t work well, making it a bit too warm for my liking. The room itself was a decent size but nothing special. On the bright side, the pillows were awesome and super comfy! Plus, the TV worked great. The staff did try to be responsive when I brought up my concerns, so that was nice.
